About this product

This EGR valve delete kit is designed for vehicles from the VAG Group, including Audi, Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen. It disables exhaust gas recirculation, a technique that can clog the intake manifold and lead to engine problems. This kit is compatible with 1.2TDI, 1.9TDI (second-generation common rail) and first-generation 2.0TDI common rail engines up to 2010.

Before installation, it is crucial to visually check that your vehicle has one of the valves shown in the photo. The kit is suited to two-piece valves, pneumatic or semi-electronic.

Advantages

Installing this kit offers several notable advantages. It helps reduce engine carbon buildup, thereby improving durability and overall performance. It also prevents malfunctions caused by EGR valve clogging, which can extend engine service life.

  • Simple installation without major modification
  • Reduced engine problems caused by carbon buildup
  • Compatible with a wide range of VAG Group vehicles
