Compatibility

This kit fits pneumatic valves whose hose is secured by a clamp (not a clip). Compare with the photo before ordering.

Good to know

The EGR valve recirculates part of the exhaust gases to the intake, which fouls the intake manifold and can cause engine problems. This kit blocks the valve, either as a fix or as a preventive measure.

On recent engines, a warning light may come on in the dashboard, or the vehicle may go into limp mode, depending on the make or year of registration. An electronic intervention may then be required in addition to this mechanical delete.
