The Dynaparts EA888 Gen 3 / 4 MQB Walbro 535 low pressure fuel pump kit replaces the low pressure pump located in the fuel tank sock.
- Walbro Hellcat F90000295 pump/filter (Ti Automotive)
- Version without check valve, so less restrictive
- Accessories made in France, machined from a specific plastic resistant to hydrocarbons, with no corrosion or risk of breaking down in fuel
- Compatible with E85 ethanol
- Supports builds of nearly 985 hp
Fitment and installation
Only compatible with pumps with part numbers 5Q0919051BK and 5Q0919051BM. On the "EVO" "Gen4" platform, installation is possible only on Golf 8 R.
Replacement is carried out using the kit and the instructions, available for download as an attachment on the product page. The original pump is shown in the photo as an example.
Please note
The supplied pump draws so much fuel that the sock empties faster than it fills. This can cause the pump to lose prime or a pressure drop under load. Dynaparts recommends drilling several small holes in the bottom of the sock, with a drill, to improve filling and avoid these pressure drops.
