This intake flap delete kit is intended for BMW six-cylinder diesel engines, 330d and 530d models, equipped with M57, M57N and M57N2 engines. It eliminates a known weakness of these engines and durably improves the reliability of the intake system.

Removing the flaps significantly reduces the risk of engine damage caused by their breakage. This preventive procedure is strongly recommended, particularly when servicing the intake manifold or cleaning the EGR valve.

It is impossible to know in advance the diameter fitted to your vehicle. The fitting was carried out randomly at the factory. It is therefore essential to remove the intake manifold and check the required diameter before ordering.

Two diameters exist for these engines, corresponding to two separate kits: 22 mm and 33 mm.
