Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered with signature required. Please contact us before choosing this shipping method, as it involves additional fees. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.
