BMC Air Filter - Part No. 961/04

The original paper filter is convenient as original equipment, but once you've tried a washable cotton filter, it's hard to go back. The BMC part no. 961/04, made of multi-layer oiled cotton gauze, flows more air than paper while trapping particles effectively. The result: better throttle response, an engine that breathes better, and never again having to buy a disposable filter.

Filter maintenance

Cleaning recommended every 15,000 to 20,000 km with the BMC maintenance kit (cleaner + re-oiling oil, sold separately). After washing, let it air dry, then re-oil before reinstalling.
