BMC air filter - Ref. 926/20

The original paper filter is convenient as original equipment, but once you have used a washable cotton filter, it is hard to go back. The BMC ref. 926/20, made from multi-ply oiled cotton gauze, lets more air through than paper while effectively trapping particles. The result: better throttle response, an engine that breathes better, and no more disposable filters to buy.

Filter maintenance

Cleaning recommended every 15,000 to 20,000 km with the BMC maintenance kit (cleaner + re-oiling oil, sold separately). After washing, let it air dry, then re-oil before refitting.
