BMC Air Filter - Ref. 272/01
The stock paper filter is convenient as original equipment, but once you've tried a washable cotton filter, it's hard to go back. The BMC ref. 272/01, made of multi-ply oiled cotton gauze, lets through more air than paper while trapping particles effectively. Result: better throttle response, an engine that breathes better, and no more buying disposable filters.
Key features
- Washable and reusable - unlimited service life with regular maintenance
- Higher airflow than the stock paper filter

- Warranty: 2 years
Filter maintenance
Cleaning recommended every 15,000 to 20,000 km with the BMC maintenance kit (cleaner + re-oiling oil, sold separately). After washing, let air dry, then re-oil before reinstalling.
