Wagner Tuning Intercooler for Audi RSQ3 F3

Wagner Tuning performance part: Intercooler Competition EVO 3 (standard version, up to 600 hp), designed and manufactured in Germany by Wagner Tuning for the Audi RS Q3 F3 2.5 TFSI.

The 2.5 TFSI five-cylinder in the RS Q3 lends itself particularly well to performance tuning, but the original intercooler quickly reaches its limits as boost pressure increases. With double the volume and a much larger frontal area, the EVO 3 intercooler significantly lowers intake air temperature, limits pressure drop, and allows the engine to deliver high, consistent power, even under intensive use.

• Volume increased by 101%: 16.5 L vs. 8.2 L for the original intercooler
• Frontal area increased by 84%: 1,890 cm² vs. 1,024 cm² for the original
• Core dimensions: 515 x 367 x 95 mm (stepped core)
• Competition tube & fin core with internal turbulators, for very efficient cooling
• Cast aluminum end tanks designed using CAD and computational fluid dynamics (CFD), for optimal internal flow and minimal pressure drop
• Inlet and outlet of 68 mm in diameter
• Lightweight: only 11.7 kg
• Proven strength: tested up to 6 bar
• Anti-corrosion coating with high thermal conductivity, for lasting efficiency even in extreme conditions
• Plug & play installation: intercooler supplied welded to the original crossmember, mounted on the original attachment points, detailed instructions included
• Standard version for builds up to 600 hp (an EVO3.X version is available for higher power levels)
