BMC Air Filter: Ref. 790/20
The original paper filter is convenient as original equipment, but once you have tried a washable cotton filter, it is hard to go back. The BMC ref. 790/20, made of multi-ply oiled cotton gauze, allows more air to pass through than paper while trapping particles effectively. The result: better throttle response, an engine that breathes better, and no more disposable filters to buy.

Filter maintenance
Cleaning recommended every 15,000 to 20,000 km with the BMC maintenance kit (cleaner + re-oiling oil, sold separately). After washing, let air dry, then re-oil before reinstalling.
