BMC Air Filter - Ref. 911/20
The original paper filter is convenient as first fit, but once you've tried a washable cotton filter, it's hard to go back. The BMC ref. 911/20, made of multi-layer oiled cotton gauze, lets through more air than paper while trapping particles effectively. Result: a sharper throttle response, an engine that breathes better, and no more buying disposable filters.

Filter maintenance
Cleaning recommended every 15,000 to 20,000 km with the BMC maintenance kit (cleaner + re-oiling oil, sold separately). After washing, let it air dry, then re-oil before reinstalling.
