BMC Air Filter, Ref. 532/20

The original paper filter is convenient for first fit, but once you've tried a washable cotton filter, there's no going back. The BMC ref. 532/20, made of multi-ply oiled cotton gauze, lets through more air than paper while trapping particles effectively. Result: better throttle response, an engine that breathes better, and no more buying disposable filters.

Filter maintenance

Cleaning recommended every 15,000 to 20,000 km with the BMC maintenance kit (cleaner + re-oiling oil, sold separately). After washing, let it air dry, then re-oil before reinstalling.
