The 207mm crankshaft pulley 034Motorsport (ref. 034-145-Z053) is an upgrade kit for supercharged 3.0 TFSI V6 engines. Its 207 mm diameter provides a ratio suited to the original supercharger pulley and to 034Motorsport Stage 2+ Dynamic+ maps.

- Material: CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum, black anodized and laser engraved
- One-piece pulley, no overlay, claimed 60% lighter than the original pulley
- Diameter: 207 mm
- Kit contents: 207mm pulley, Continental 1370mm belt, zinc-plated class 12.9 hardware (8x M8x1.25x25mm)
- Installation: direct replacement, approx. 3 h, medium difficulty

Important: use of this pulley requires a suitable Stage 2+ ECU map to preserve engine reliability. During installation, it is recommended to replace the crankshaft oil seal with the reinforced 034Motorsport version.
