BMC Luftfilter, Ref. 417/06
Der originale Papierfilter ist bei der Erstausrüstung praktisch, doch wer einmal einen waschbaren Baumwollfilter ausprobiert hat, dem fällt die Rückkehr zum Papierfilter schwer. Der BMC Ref. 417/06, gefertigt aus mehrlagiger geölter Baumwollgaze, lässt mehr Luft durch als Papier und hält Partikel dennoch wirksam zurück. Ergebnis: ein besseres Ansprechverhalten beim Beschleunigen, ein Motor, der besser atmet, und nie wieder ein Wegwerffilter kaufen müssen.

Filterpflege
Reinigung empfohlen alle 15.000 bis 20.000 km mit dem BMC-Pflegekit (Reiniger und Nachöl, separat erhältlich). Nach der Wäsche an der Luft trocknen lassen und vor dem Einbau erneut ölen.
