Each system is developed on the car itself, then hand TIG-welded from V2A (AISI 304) stainless steel in the manufacturer's own workshop. ## Loud when you want it, quiet when you need it It is the question every enthusiast asks: a sports exhaust is a joy on a twisty back road, but what about cold starts outside your house or long motorway drives? Hurricane answers with valves driven by an electronic module that opens or closes them according to engine speed and road speed. Valves closed, the car stays pleasant to live with every day. Valves open, the 76 or 89 mm pipe diameter delivers a deep, metallic sound full of character. ## ECE approval: a real advantage Most Hurricane valved systems come with ECE approval, valid when fitted with the Hurricane valve control module. You get a bold sound while staying within the regulations. The approval status of each part number is shown on its product page. ## The Hurricane range on Hubshop - **Valved exhaust systems** in 76 mm (3") or 89 mm (3.5"), with control module - **Stainless steel downpipes** to complement an engine upgrade - **Exhaust tips** and connecting parts ## Choosing and fitting the right system According to the manufacturer, Hurricane systems bolt on to the standard car without modification. Before ordering, check the exact fitment on the product page: model, engine, year and whether a particulate filter (GPF/OPF) is fitted. For the best result, have the system fitted by a professional.
